I’m Erica Land, an internationally published, award-winning portrait photographer based in Rockville, Maryland.
I specialize in high school senior and teen portraits, headshots, personal branding, family portraits, and beauty sessions, offering a full-service photography experience that’s thoughtful, personalized, and designed to make you feel confident and radiant at every stage of life.

She has also been awarded the Top Photographer by Senior Year Magazine and Top 500 Seniors. She was also chosen as one of the top 200 senior photographers worldwide in 2019 by Senior Year Magazine. My Philosophy
I believe that self-esteem is powerful, and my goal is to use photography to help build confidence while capturing what makes you you.
Every session is more than just a photoshoot, it’s an opportunity to preserve milestones and memories, whether that’s a high school senior preparing for graduation, a professional ready to elevate their brand, or a dancer expressing their artistry.
As a portrait photographer, my deepest why is rooted in building confidence and capturing authenticity. I believe that photography should be more than just beautiful images, it should carry meaning, spark self-love, and create connection. That’s why I founded ElP Gives Back, a nonprofit that allows me to support and give back to other nonprofits throughout the year through creative storytelling and visual impact. I’m also the heart behind Project Beauty, a raw and honest black and white photo/video series that strips away makeup and retouching to reveal and celebrate natural beauty in its truest form. Helping people, especially young people, see their own worth and beauty is what drives me. My Fierce Images Dance Team, a group of teen and tween dance ambassadors, help carry that mission forward. They represent both projects while also coming together for fun, expressive, and empowering group portrait sessions. Every session I shoot is about more than a photo, it’s about confidence, purpose, and the power of being seen just as you are.
